      Hi, in NY State do you need ICD10 code for all controls or only for CII
      Also If Patient is self pay , you still need ICD10 code ? and if self pay , can you dispense 1st control RX over 7 days supply

      I think it is not NYS law to have ICD-10 , it is only a good practice in the eye of DEA
